While at Chilli, I gained valuable web experience through assisting the graphic design team on the Tommy’s Website.

My role for this project was to make sure that the website was easy for the public to use – especially the target audience. I made sure that the design was functional and beautiful but also kept simple enough so the most sought after information was easy to find.

Another element that I had to consider was making sure the website worked responsively from a UX view – especially this site where there was a lot of information that had to remain in the same reading order on a mobile device as it did on the desktop site.

I also sat in on meetings with the client and watched them use the website (on desktop, tablet and mobile), taking notes and providing feedback to the graphic design team so they could iterate further.
